The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and elevate our brand presence within the architecture industry. This position requires creativity, technical proficiency, and adaptability to implement multi-channel marketing initiatives effectively. responsibilities:

  • Develop and publish engaging social media content weekly, including photography, copywriting, and scheduling. Oversee the design and maintenance of company-branded materials such as pitch decks, flyers, signage, and website assets.
  • Conduct market research to identify target markets and prospects, informing digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Design and execute marketing email campaigns with compelling visuals and copywriting to drive engagement.
  • Coordinate branded swag design and procurement, along with client end-of-year gifts, to enhance brand visibility and customer relations.
  • Manage website design and maintenance for the company website and swag store, ensuring a seamless user experience. Undertake video editing tasks for internal training and marketing purposes.
  • Lead graphic design initiatives for company materials and coordinate the creation and distribution of branded swag items, overseeing the entire process from design to procurement.


requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, photography, graphic design, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
